Our office is located at number 9 in the Bombay Mutual Annexe Building. This is on Cawasji Patel Street, right in the Fort district. Fort is the old business heart of Mumbai, and you can feel it in these buildings. The Bombay Mutual Annexe is a sturdy, older structure with lots of history. We have been operating from here for many years. We deal with engineering and machinery, so our office is often filled with technical catalogs, some spare parts, and plenty of blueprints. It is a very practical kind of environment. We do not have a fancy lobby or modern furniture. It is just a place where we sit down and get the engineering work done. Cawasji Patel Street is quite narrow, so it can be a bit of a struggle for vehicles, but it is a great spot to be for business. We are close to many of our clients and suppliers. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who need specific parts or advice. It is a quiet place once you get inside and away from the street noise. We have a small, dedicated staff who have been with us for a long time. We do not use any big marketing tricks, we just rely on the work we do. It is a traditional engineering firm in a very traditional part of town. We like the stability of this address and the routine of the workday.
