Nirmal Engineering Works

Our workshop is at West 135-A in the Midc Ambad area. If you know Nashik, you know Ambad is where all the heavy work happens. It’s a place full of the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of welding smoke. Nirmal Engineering Works is just one of many shops here, but we have been around long enough that the guys in the neighboring units know us well. We don't have a front desk or a waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in greasy overalls working on a lathe machine or fixing some industrial parts. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear over the years. We have tools hanging on the walls and spare parts tucked into every corner. It’s a noisy environment and we usually have to shout to hear each other over the machines. We don't do any big advertising or have a glossy brochure. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the Midc who need something fabricated or repaired quickly so they don't lose money on their own production lines. We work long hours, especially when a big machine breaks down somewhere else. It is tough work and it's hard on the hands, but we take pride in getting the job done right. We are just local workers doing our part in the industrial zone. It’s been like this for years and we don’t expect it to change.
