Prabha Engineering Private Limited

We are based over in Andheri East, right on the MIDC Central Road at number 36. If you have been to this part of Mumbai, you know how hectic the traffic can get. It is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise from trucks and other factories nearby. We do engineering work here. The floor is mostly taken up by machinery and stacks of raw materials. It is a bit dusty and loud, but that is the nature of the job. We have a small office section upstairs where the paperwork gets done, but most of the action is downstairs. Our workers have been with us for a long time. They know how the machines sound when they are running right and when something is off. We don't have a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we do, they just walk through the workshop and see the guys working on the metal. It can get pretty hot in the summer, especially with the metal and the machines running all day, but we have big fans everywhere to keep the air moving. We deal with a lot of local companies and some further away. It’s a solid, old-school way of working. No one wears suits here. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of oil or dirt on. It’s just how we get things done every day without any fuss. Most people just call us Prabha.
