It’s an interesting spot because it’s not a typical office building. We’ve been here for a bit now, watching the traffic go by toward the beach. The deck area is where most people like to hang out when the weather is okay. It’s a bit of a local spot for people in Santacruz. We don’t really do the whole corporate polished thing. It’s more of a place where you just show up and relax. The address is easy to find if you know the Juhu area at all. We have some staff who have been with us for a while.
