Being over here in Bhandup West is alright, though the traffic on LBS Marg can be a real headache some days. We are tucked away in the Eastern Business District building, specifically in units S220 and F201. Videojet Technologies has a lot of people coming in and out, mostly technicians and office staff trying to keep up with all the coding and marking equipment. It’s a big space but it gets cramped quickly with all the crates and spare parts lying around. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so a few of us just use the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. The air conditioning is usually blasting because it gets so humid outside. We don’t really have any posters on the walls or anything like that, just calendars and a few whiteboards covered in notes. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at screens, trying to figure out schedules. It’s not a quiet place, there is always someone talking or a machine being tested somewhere in the back. Lunch breaks are usually just people eating at their desks or going down to the street to grab something quick. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it feels like home, even with the noise and the busy atmosphere. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone knows their job and tries to stay on top of the pile of work.
