We are located at Borivali East on Kalbadevi Road at number 65. It’s a simple spot that we’ve had for a while now. The building is nothing special to look at, but it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. Every morning we roll up the metal shutters and start the day. The street outside gets incredibly loud with traffic and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not a large office with glass partitions or anything like that. We have a few sturdy desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We handle the daily operations without much fuss. If you’re looking for us, the sign outside is a little worn down by the rain, but you can still read it if you’re paying attention. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with mission statements and polished speeches. We’re just regular folks trying to do a decent job. Most of our day is spent on the phone or dealing with paperwork. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just sit and wait it out while talking about the cricket score. It’s a local business through and through. We know the guy who sells snacks at the corner and the postman who comes by at noon. That’s just how life is here in Borivali.
