Our place is situated on the ground floor of Laxmi Terrace, which is building number 73. It is over in Dadar East, right by Nepean Sea Road. It is a bit of a strange spot because the address can be a little confusing for people who aren't from around here, but we have been at this location long enough that our regulars find us without any trouble. Versatile Speciality Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, though most people who call just say Versatile to keep it short. The office has some big windows, but they mostly face a tall brick wall, so we do not get a whole lot of direct sunlight during the day. We deal with specialty items that other general shops do not usually carry. It is a lot of niche equipment and parts. The shelves are filled with cardboard boxes that have been sitting there for a while, right next to the new ones that just arrived this morning. We do not have a formal receptionist or a fancy lobby area. You just walk through the door and someone will be sitting there at a desk ready to help. We use an old ceiling fan that makes a constant clicking sound when it turns, but it helps keep the air moving in the heat. Dadar is a very central part of the city, so there is always someone coming or going. We try to keep things simple and avoid the corporate attitude.
