We are Veritek Engineering Pvt Ltd, and our office is at E-12 in the Ansa Industrial Estate. We’re tucked away in Saki Naka, Andheri East. Anyone who knows Mumbai knows how crazy the traffic is around Saki Naka. It takes forever to get anywhere, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't even think about it anymore. The Ansa Industrial Estate is a bit cramped, and parking is always a nightmare, but it’s a good place for engineering. Our space is filled with testing equipment and a lot of wires. It’s definitely not a place for someone who likes everything to be perfectly tidy. We have stuff everywhere because there is always a project being worked on. When the rains come, the streets outside get flooded, and we sometimes have to stay a bit later until the water goes down. The tea here is strong, and the talk is usually about the latest engineering problem we are trying to solve. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small team of engineers and technicians who show up, do the work, and try to make sense of the diagrams and components. It’s a bit noisy with the planes taking off from the airport nearby, but you get used to that too. We just focus on the engineering and let the rest of the world go by. It is a busy life but it is what we know.
