We are located in Borivali West, specifically at Flat No 303 in the B Wing of Holy Cros on Nibm Road. It’s a bit of a different setup since we operate out of this space rather than a big storefront on the street. Because of that, things feel a lot more personal here. We spend a lot of our day handling orders and making sure everything is packed up correctly. It’s just a small team of us, and sometimes the place feels a bit crowded with all the supplies we have to keep on hand. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own, and it’s grown slowly over time. We don’t have fancy signs or a big glass window for people to look into. Usually, it's just the sound of the doorbell and us running to see who it is. Working from this location means we have to be really organized, though sometimes things still get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big batch. We’ve lived in Borivali for a long time, so we know the area and the people around here quite well. It’s a quiet building and we try to keep the noise down. We aren't trying to be some huge company. We just like making our food and getting it to people who appreciate it. That’s what our days look like, mostly just hard work and a lot of lists.
