If you are looking for our place, we are up on the third floor of the Gaya Building. It is right on Yusuf Meher Ali Road at number 109. The stairs are a bit steep and the lift is quite old, so most of us just walk up and down to save time. We do engineering work here, mostly small parts and various designs that people need for their machines. It is not a huge space, just a few desks and some drawing boards tucked into the corners. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on at once. The light from the windows is good in the morning though. We have been in this building for quite some time now. You can usually hear the street noise and the honking from down below while we work. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to get the jobs done right. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and it looks a bit messy, but we manage to find what we need. If someone calls, we answer. If someone comes by, we talk to them. It is pretty straightforward. We don’t do anything fancy here, just the engineering stuff that needs doing every day. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound but you get used to it after a while.
