Our office is in the C Wing of Neelkanth Business Park, over on the 5th floor. It’s in Vidhya Vihar West. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a trek with the train crowds, but once you’re up here, it’s a bit quieter. We have a lot of desks covered in blueprints and technical drawings. It’s an engineering space, so there are always rulers, pens, and coffee mugs scattered around. We don't really go for the polished corporate look. The walls have some charts pinned up and the shelves are full of old project files. It feels like a place where real work happens. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about structural details. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we end up chatting in the lobby. We’ve been based in this park for a while and seen other companies come and go. From the 5th floor, you can see a bit of the city moving below. It’s a busy atmosphere but we try to keep it relaxed inside. We aren't big on formal speeches. Most of our day is spent solving small problems and making sure the plans are correct. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, then a lot of rushing to meet a deadline. It's just the way the job goes for us here.
