Tabrej Engineering Works

You’ll find Tabrej Engineering Works at Gala No 2, Galli No 3 in the Ismail Patel Compound. We are on Dargah Road in the Sona Pur area of Bhandup. It’s a very busy neighborhood with a lot of people and traffic. Our workshop is in a compound where everyone knows everyone else. It’s a small space, so we have to be very organized with our tools and materials. Ismail Patel Compound is always humming with the sound of welding, cutting, and grinding. We deal with a lot of different engineering tasks, and no two days are really the same. Sometimes it’s a quick fix for a regular customer, and other times it’s a job that takes us all week. The air is thick with the smell of scorched metal and engine oil. We don't have an office with air conditioning. We just have a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls, busy with a machine. Dargah Road is always crowded, especially during the festivals, which makes getting materials delivered a bit of a challenge. But we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. It’s a tough environment but we’ve built a life here. We just do the work and hope the customers are satisfied. No one is here for the looks, just the results of our manual labor and long hours.
