If you’re looking for Vanita Tours & Travels, we are on Matunga Market Road in Pollachi, at number 28. The market is always buzzing with people buying things, and we are right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a great spot because there’s always someone walking by. Our shop is small, with posters of different places on the walls that have been there for years. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit on while we talk about their travel plans. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always on full blast. We handle a lot of bus and train bookings, so there is always the sound of a printer going or someone on the phone. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s friendly. We know a lot of the regular travelers by name. The floor is a bit worn out from all the people coming in and out, but we don't mind. It shows we’ve been busy. We don't have any fancy brochures or high-end displays. We just have our notebooks and the computer to check the schedules. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or are passing through the market. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just try to help people get where they need to go without much trouble.
