Vaishnu Hotel Pure Veg

People usually find us at Shop No 13 in the Samarth Complex, over in Goregaon West. We have been here for a while now, serving basic vegetarian food to whoever walks in from the J area. The kitchen is always busy, especially during the lunch hour when people from the nearby offices come by for a meal. It’s a simple setup with some tables and chairs that have seen better days. We don't do anything fancy, just standard veg dishes that we know how to make well. The sounds of pans clattering and orders being shouted is pretty much the background music here. Goregaon West is a busy area, so there is always someone coming or going. We keep the water cold and the floor swept as much as possible. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the college kids show up in big groups. We don't have a huge menu, just the things that people seem to like best. The staff is mostly the same people who have been here since we opened. We just focus on getting the food out quickly so people can get back to their day. It’s a noisy, busy little place, but that is how a local hotel usually is. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just keep the stove going and the tea brewing all day long.
