Vahama Impex

Our office, Vahama Impex, is located on the second floor of Daulat Bhavan, which is right on Kalbadevi Road. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. 407 Kalbadevi Road is always buzzing with people and vehicles. We’ve been at this spot for quite a bit. It’s a traditional business hub, and being in the heart of it helps us stay connected to everything. The building itself, Daulat Bhavan, has that old Mumbai charm, even if the stairs can be a bit of a climb sometimes. We handle various impex activities from our small room here. It’s not a large space, but it fits everything we need—desks, a few chairs, and lots of folders. We don't go for flashy decor or big signs. We prefer focusing on the actual work of moving goods. It can be quite loud with the street noise coming through the windows, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our days are spent coordinating with suppliers and making sure things are on track. We like the grit and hustle of Kalbadevi. It feels real. Vahama Impex is just a part of this massive ecosystem of traders and exporters. We do our bit and try to stay organized amidst all the surrounding chaos. It’s a local operation through and through. We might not have the newest building, but we know everyone on the street and that matters more than a fancy lobby.
