Abhishek Impex is based over in Vile Parle East. Our space is No. 601-a in the Amogh Adjure building, which sits right near Sahakar Road and Tejpal Scheme Road No. 5. It’s a decent spot to work from. We spend our days handling various import and export details. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always something going on outside the window. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do right by the people we work with. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings, which is nice when we’re sorting through documents. Most of our time is spent talking to clients or checking on shipments. We’ve been here at this address for some time and have gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs if we're in a hurry. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. We try to keep things organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. If you come by, you’ll see we have stacks of files and a few computers running all day. It’s a practical setup for the kind of trading we do. We like being in Vile Parle because it’s easy for people to reach us. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when things get too busy.
