V. L. Tikmani & Associates is located on the 4th floor of Varad Annex. Our office is on M. G. Road in the Naupada area of Thane West. It is a very central spot and easy to get to. We are quite close to the Naupada Police Station and the Raymond shop. Most people find us by looking for the Titan showroom, since we are right above it. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going for various errands. Once you get up to the fourth floor, it gets a bit quieter. We are a firm of Chartered Accountants, so our space is mostly filled with calculators, computers, and a lot of files. It is definitely not a minimalist office. There is a lot of work happening here every single day. We have a few people working together and we don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk to each other like normal people and focus on getting the filing and paperwork done. When the monsoon rains come, the windows sometimes rattle, but we just keep working through it. We have been in Naupada for a long time and we know many of the shopkeepers and regulars in the area. It has a very local feel. We don't use fancy slogans. We just provide a place where the work gets handled properly and without any unnecessary fuss.
