Atul Veeresh & Associates Chartered Accountants is situated in Santacruz West. Our office is at 221 Azad Chowk, inside the Fashqua Shopping Centre. It’s right opposite the Bhagwan Cut Piece Center, which is a very busy shop. There is always a lot of noise from the street, people shouting and cars honking. We have a small office where we handle all the tax work and accounting stuff. The shopping center is an older building, so it has its quirks. Sometimes the lights in the hallway flicker, or the stairs feel a bit worn out. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and calculators. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at Azad Chowk for a good while now. Being in Santacruz West means we are right in the middle of everything. You can hear the market outside all day long. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy waiting room. Usually, clients just sit on the chairs we have while we look over their papers. Sometimes we get tea from the stall downstairs. It’s just a normal office run by normal people. We try to stay on top of the deadlines, which can be stressful, but that’s the life of a CA. We just keep our heads down and get the filing done for whoever walks through the door.
