V. K. Impex

You can find us over at 204/5, Kalindi, in the Neelkanth Valley area of Ghatkopar East. We have been set up here on 7th Road for quite a while now. V. K. Impex isn't a huge operation, just a small office where we handle various import and export tasks. The building, Kalindi, is a nice enough place to work, though finding a spot for parking on 7th Road can be a real headache some days. We spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and making sure the paperwork for the customs is all in order. It is a lot of sitting and typing, interspersed with some frantic phone calls when things do not go exactly as we planned. Rajawadi is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside the window to look at. We do not have a receptionist or anything fancy like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. The office is filled with files and samples of things we have moved over the years. We are not trying to be some global powerhouse, just a local business trying to do our part in the trade world. Most of the people working here live in or around Ghatkopar, so we have a pretty relaxed vibe once the morning rush is over. We take our tea breaks seriously and try not to let the stress get to us.
