Usha Industries

We’ve been over here at Usha Industries for a while now. Our spot is Gala No.4 in the Mulji Nanji Ajugia Compound. It’s right opposite Kadia Wadi on 3rd Mamledar Wadi in Malad West. It gets busy around here, especially with all the other workshops in the compound. We spend most of our days inside the gala getting things done. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we work. People usually find us by looking for the landmark near Kadia Wadi since the lanes can get a bit confusing if you aren’t from this part of Malad. We mostly stick to our routine and keep the machines running. The space is tight, like most places in this area, but we’ve made it work for us. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially during the rains when the compound gets messy, but we just carry on. We are usually here from early morning until late evening. It’s a local operation, and we know the neighbors well. If you are walking down 3rd Mamledar Wadi, you’ll see our sign eventually. We don’t spend much time on the computer or writing things down like this, but we figured we should have something here. It is just a regular workshop doing what we do every day. Nothing more to it really. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in the small space we have. There are always trucks coming in and out, so it stays lively.
