Urvee Shah

I’m Urvee Shah, and I’ve been running things from here at 104 Dinar Apartment for quite some time now. We are right in Santacruz West, basically opposite City Plaza if you know the area. It’s a busy spot but my office is tucked away enough to actually get work done. Most people find it easy to get here because of the landmark. I didn't want a huge corporate office because I like keeping things small and manageable. Being here lets me handle everything myself or with just a couple of people helping out. The apartment is older but it works well for what I do. Every day is a bit different. Some mornings start with a lot of paperwork and others are spent on the phone or meeting locals who drop by. Living and working in Santacruz has its own rhythm. You get to know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around the plaza. I don’t use a lot of fancy technology or complicated systems. I just stick to what works and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the Dinar building across from the shopping center. It’s not hard to spot. I usually keep regular hours, though sometimes I stay late if a project needs finishing up. It’s just me and my space here, keeping things moving along as best as I can. It’s a very human way to work.
