Pradnya Chauhan & Associates

We are located over at the Rizvi Complex in Sheryl Village, Bandra West. Our office for Pradnya Chauhan & Associates is right by the Rizvi College of Architecture, just off Carter Road. It’s a great area, even if finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. The office is often a bit messy because we have architectural drawings and material samples scattered all over the place. We’ve got a couple of drafting tables and some computers that stay on almost all the time. It’s a busy environment with people coming in to discuss designs or check on blueprints. Being so close to the college, we often hear the students outside, which gives the place a bit of energy. The walls are mostly white, but we’ve pinned up photos of some of the sites we’ve worked on. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the corner for when we need a break. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up, and the sea breeze from Carter Road is nice when the sun goes down. It’s not a corporate firm with a dozen receptionists; it’s just a few of us working hard on our drawings. We’ve been here for a while and the location suits us well. It feels more like a studio than a typical office, which is how we like it.
