Unnayan

We are Unnayan, located over at Sharda Niwas. It's room number 7. If you know Koldongri Lane in Andheri East, that's where we spend most of our days. It is a busy part of the city, but our spot in Sharda Niwas is pretty straightforward. We've been here for a while now. The lane gets crowded sometimes, especially with all the local traffic. People usually find us easily enough once they get onto Koldongri Lane. We just handle things from here. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a regular space where we get our work done. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy outside, but inside we keep it organized. We deal with whatever comes our way daily. Most of our neighbors are locals who have been around for years. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s got a lot of life. There’s always someone moving something or a delivery coming through. We don't really do much in terms of big signs or anything. If you are looking for number 7, you just walk down the lane and look for the Sharda Niwas name. It’s a practical place for us. We just focus on what needs doing and stay out of the way. Andheri East is always moving, and we are just one of the small businesses making it work here. We don't have a big reception or fancy coffee machines, just a desk and some chairs.
