Our office is at Flat No. 4 in the Nav Santosh Co Op building on B Cabin Road. If you know where Bharat Dairy is in Thane, we are situated right near there. It is a residential-style building, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a big office tower. We have been working out of this space for quite a while now. It is basically just a few rooms where we handle all our services. We spend a huge amount of our time on the phones and working on our computers. Being in Thane means we get a lot of local traffic noise from the road, but inside the flat, it is mostly quiet enough to think. We are not a giant company with thousands of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to help other small businesses with their various needs. We do not have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. We just have our basic desks and our work piled up. Usually, there is someone popping in to drop off documents or ask a quick question about a file. We know this neighborhood well, especially all the little shops and food stalls nearby. It is a very straightforward and honest setup. We do not try to sound more important or bigger than we actually are. We just provide the specific services we know how to do. Some days are slow and some are incredibly busy, but that is just how life goes on B Cabin Road.
