Uniser Chem Industries Pvt Ltd is based at Lotus House, which is on the 4th floor. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 414 New Marine Lines, near 9th Main and 9th Cross on Dinnur Main Road. We’ve been operating from here for quite some time. We handle different chemical supplies and industrial materials that other businesses need for their manufacturing. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure things get shipped out in the right containers. The office is often full of samples and technical data sheets. It gets pretty busy around here during the middle of the week. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at spreadsheets and talking to suppliers on the phone. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller group that knows the chemical industry pretty well. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just source what is needed and make sure it gets to where it’s going. New Marine Lines is a busy area, so getting deliveries in and out takes some planning. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we can't get a specific product, we just say so. That’s how we keep things moving at Lotus House.
