Unique Touch

You can find Unique Touch on the ground floor of Raghuleela Mall in Kandivali West. We are at unit 285, which is towards the back near the Poisar Bus Depot side. The mall is a big place, so it takes a minute to walk over to us from the main entrance. We’ve been here since the mall opened up. It’s a bit quieter on our end compared to the food court, which we actually prefer. We deal with a lot of local residents from the BDA layout who come in for their shopping. The shop is small, so we have to use every bit of wall space we have for our items. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to let a customer through. It’s just how it is in a mall space. We don’t have a massive staff, usually just one or two of us at the counter. On weekends it gets a bit more lively with families walking around. We spend a lot of time rearranging the displays because things get moved around by kids. The lighting in our section is a bit dim sometimes, but we’ve added some extra lamps to help. It’s a decent place to work and meet people from the neighborhood. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure we have what people are looking for. Mall security knows us well since we're here every day.
