Unique Corner

Unique Corner is our little spot over in Masjid Bunder West Sakinaka 161. If you've been around this part of the city, you know how crowded it gets. We've been here for a good amount of time, just doing our thing. We carry a mix of different items, nothing too specific, just whatever seems useful for the people passing through. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things up high. It can be a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside at once. We handle the daily tasks ourselves, from unloading the new stock to helping someone find a specific small part or item they need. It’s loud outside with all the traffic and the noise of the market, but we’re used to it. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in the area. The building is old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on getting through the day's work and making sure we have what people are looking for. It's a straightforward business. We show up, open the shutters, and see who comes by. That's how it's been for years. Sometimes the monsoon makes the roof leak a bit, and we have to move boxes around, but we manage. It’s just how things are at Sakinaka 161. We are usually there.
