Our team at Unique Consultancy Engineers works out of Ghatkopar East in Mumbai. You can find us at Chawl No 88/811 in Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar, care of Uttam Gaikwad. Mumbai is a city that never really stops, and our neighborhood is no different. There is always noise from the street and people moving about, which gives the office a certain energy. The chawl setup is very traditional for this part of the city, and it means we are right in the thick of things. It's not a fancy corporate tower with elevators and marble floors. We have a much more down-to-earth workspace. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all our papers and drawings, but we make it work. Most of us take the local train or a bus to get here, so we know the daily struggle of the Mumbai commute. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to bring you water in a glass. We just work hard at our desks and try to get through the pile of things we have to do. The address 88/811 is our home base. We've been here through the monsoon rains and the heat, and it’s stayed solid. It’s an unpretentious place for people who just want to get their engineering work done without any extra fluff. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office, we just want to do the job and head home through the crowd.
