Umedlal Chatrabhuj & Co has been around for quite a long time. We are situated at 22, Manu Bhuvan. Our main operations are on the ground floor, but we also have some space on the 2nd floor of the same building. You can find us on Kika S street near Grant Road. It is one of those old Mumbai buildings with a lot of character and history. We’ve stayed here because it’s where our regulars know to find us. The business is very traditional. We handle things the old-fashioned way with paper ledgers and face-to-face talks. Grant Road is always buzzing with people and noise, and Manu Bhuvan is no different. It’s a bit of a maze inside with the different floors, but we have our routine down. We don't use much technology besides the basics. Most of our day is spent dealing with suppliers and long-time clients who have been coming to Umedlal Chatrabhuj & Co for years. It’s a family-run kind of atmosphere here. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy signs. Just the name on the door and the work we do every day. The ground floor gets most of the visitors, while the 2nd floor is a bit quieter for paperwork. We just focus on being reliable and keeping the business going like it has for years. It’s a simple life in a busy part of town. Most people who come here have been doing business with us for decades.
