Uma Joshi operates from B Wing, Room No 501, which is part of the Highland complex in Kandivali West. We are situated within the Tulja Bhavani Welfare Society, right on the New Link Road. If you are looking for us, the Jalaram Temple is the closest major landmark that most people use to find their way here. Being in a residential building means it is a bit different from a shop on the street. It is a regular room converted into a workspace where we handle our daily tasks and meetings. The Highland building is usually quite busy with residents coming and going, but up on the fifth floor in Room 501, it stays relatively calm. We have a simple setup with basic furniture and a place to keep our papers and files in order. Kandivali West has changed a lot over the years with more traffic on the New Link Road, but our spot in the Tulja Bhavani society remains a steady base for us. We don't have any big signs outside, just the name on the door like everyone else in B Wing. It is a local setup where we manage things personally. Most people who visit us are from the neighborhood or have been told about us by someone else. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of working from a home-office environment. We have been in this room for quite a while now and it suits us fine.
