If you are looking for us, we are at 106 in the Ashwamegh Complex. It is right in the middle of Khanda Colony, Sector Number 8, over in Khandeshwar East. Being in New Panvel West means we are part of the busy Navi Mumbai scene. The complex is usually full of people going up and down the stairs all day. Ultratech Cement Pvt Ltd is just one of the many spots in this building. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the local trains passing nearby. We spend our mornings getting the office ready and checking the messages. The Khandeshwar side has grown a lot over the last few years. You can see the new buildings going up everywhere you look. It makes sense for a cement company to be here, I guess. We aren't in a flashy high-rise, just a regular unit in Ashwamegh. Sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we just take the stairs like everyone else. It’s a busy spot but we like the energy of the colony. People come in from all over Navi Mumbai to talk about their building projects. We keep a desk full of papers and some samples sitting around the corners. It’s a functional space. No big corporate lobbies or fancy coffee machines. Just a door with a number on it where we do our daily work. It feels very local, like everyone knows everyone else in the sector. It is a good place to be.
