Ultratech Cement Ltd

Our office is in Badlapur, at 201 Ravi Kiran Apartment. It’s behind the Adarsh Vidya Mandir in Kulgaon, right near the station. Being in the Thane district means we’re part of a fast-growing area. We handle Ultratech Cement Ltd and it keeps us on our toes. The building is a regular apartment block, so it’s got a more personal feel than a big commercial complex. We’ve got the 421 503 pin code if you’re sending us mail. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but it’s a good spot to oversee what’s happening. We spend our time managing the flow of cement to various sites around Badlapur and the nearby areas. It can get pretty hectic when several projects are starting at the same time. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and a basic computer to keep track of things. Sometimes the trains from the station are so loud we have to pause our phone calls, but we’re used to it. The team here is just a few local people who know the roads well. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If a truck is stuck in traffic, we say so. We just want to get the material to the sites so the work doesn't stop. It’s a plain and simple business and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood here. We've got a couple of old desks and a water cooler that's seen better days, but it works.
