We've been operating out of Sawali in the Anand society area for a while now. Being right across from the Dombivli Gymkhana makes it easy for everyone to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache during peak hours in the East. This is specifically our RMC division office. Most days it’s just a lot of coordination on the phones and handling the logistics for concrete deliveries around this part of town. The office is pretty straightforward, nothing fancy. We deal with the usual hustle of Dombivli life, the local trains passing by, and the humidity. It gets busy here, especially when big projects are starting up nearby. People often stop by to ask directions because we're near such a recognizable landmark like the gymkhana. We just focus on getting the ready-mix orders sorted out and making sure the trucks are on time, which isn't always easy with the traffic around here. Most of us here live nearby, so we know the shortcuts and the local tea spots. It’s a practical space where we just get the work done without much fuss. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The Anand Chs is a quiet enough spot when the gymkhana doesn't have an event going on. We keep our paperwork organized and try to stay on top of the schedule every day. It's a lot of work but we manage it well enough.
