Ujwal Print Art is based in Gala Number B/27. We are inside the Bonanza Industri estate in Kandivali East. It is a pretty large place and there are always trucks and people moving around. Our unit is basically a workshop. We have the printing machines and big stacks of paper everywhere you look. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy carpets or a front desk. It smells like ink and oil most of the time, which is fine by us. We’ve been in this gala for quite a few years now. Kandivali East is a busy spot for this kind of work. We know the people in the neighboring units and we all just get on with our jobs. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, especially when all the machines are running at the same time. We just keep the doors open and the fans on. We don't have a team of sales people. It’s just us doing the actual printing and packing. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy with paper scraps, but we clean up when we can. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. If you are trying to find B/27, just look for the Bonanza sign and head inside. We are usually here from early morning until the last job is finished. It’s not a glamorous life but it’s what we do for a living.
