Our office is located in Chembur, Mumbai, which is a pretty busy part of the city. We are specifically at C-14 in the Vitta Sanchany CHS Ltd building. It is near Vashigaon, a landmark most locals know. Mumbai is a crowded place, and our office is no exception. We have to make the most of the space we have. Working in engineering and structurals means we are usually surrounded by blueprints and a lot of technical drawings. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. The building we are in is a typical cooperative housing society setup. It feels lived-in and real. You hear the sounds of the city all day long—trains, cars, and people shouting outside. We do not have a corporate communications team to polish our image. This is just us. We get to the office early to beat the worst of the traffic and usually stay until the work is finished. There are no fancy perks here, just hard work and some good tea. We have been in Chembur for quite a while and have seen how much the area has grown. Vashigaon has changed a lot, but we just keep doing our thing in our corner of the building. We are not trying to change the world; we are just trying to do our jobs right and keep the business running for another year. It is a decent living and we are happy with that. (259 words)
