Our place, Twins Impex Company, is located at No. 4 Mahajan Wad, right on Agra Road in Kalyan West. It's a busy part of town and we’ve been operating from here for quite a while now. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new glass towers you see popping up. We handle import and export tasks, so our day is mostly filled with checking shipping schedules and talking to customs agents. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps us on our toes. The space we have is simple and functional. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. It’s just us and our equipment. Agra Road is always humming with vehicles, so there’s a constant background noise of horns and engines. We don't mind it much anymore. Sometimes people drop by to ask about what we do, and we just tell them we move goods from one place to another. It’s straightforward work but it requires a lot of attention to detail so we don't make mistakes with the codes or the weights. We take our tea breaks at the stall just down the road. It gives us a chance to step away from the screens for a minute. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way. We’ve built up some steady routines over the years and it works for us.
