Our spot is down on Madh Marve Road in Patel Wadi. It is right opposite the Sea Hawk Building. We are in the Malad West area, specifically Gorhe Khurd. It is a bit of a different vibe out here near Panshet Road. We have been here for some time now. The building we are in is older, but it stays cool inside most of the time. People coming from the city often stop by because it is a bit quieter here than the main parts of Mumbai. We do not have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We do the cooking and the cleaning ourselves. The menu is quite basic. We make what we know people like to eat when they are out this way. Sometimes the road outside gets really dusty or muddy when the monsoon turns, but that is just part of being in this location. We have some outdoor seating which is nice when there is a breeze. It is not a luxury place at all. The chairs are plastic and the tables are simple. We see a lot of people who work nearby or those just passing through the 400064 area. We stay open late most nights because that is when a lot of people are looking for a bite. It is a quiet life for the most part, just keeping the place running and the food ready for guests.
