My shop is Trishul Telecom and we are based in the Rameshwaram Society on Road No 3 in Chembur. It’s shop number 34. I started this place because I always liked fixing things. We sell recharge vouchers, SIM cards, and those small accessories like earphones and phone covers. The shop is small, just enough for a counter and a stool for me to sit on. A lot of people from the society come in when their phones act up or they need help with their data plans. I also keep some basic handsets for those who just want a simple phone that works. Chembur can be a busy place, but our road is a bit quieter. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work. Sometimes the kids from the building come in to ask about the latest mobile games. I don't have any fancy staff, it's just me most of the time. If I have to step out for tea, I just pull the shutter down for ten minutes. It’s a local shop for the people living around here. We’ve been in this same spot for a few years now and everyone knows the blue sign outside. I try to keep the glass clean but fingerprints always find a way back. It’s a decent way to spend the day, talking to neighbors and fixing small tech problems.
