Transolutions is based out of Sterling Chambers, specifically rooms 57/59. We are located near the Poon Masjid in Bunder West, not too far from the Palace Ground on Jayamahal Road. This whole area of Masjid Bunder is incredibly hectic. There are trucks and carts moving everywhere, and it can be hard to even walk down the street sometimes. Our office is where we try to make sense of all that movement. We deal with transport stuff, so there’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork involved. It’s not a quiet place. Someone is always shouting to be heard over the street noise or checking on a shipment. We have a lot of files piled up on the shelves, and the desks are usually covered in manifests and notes. The building itself is old and has that specific smell of an office that’s seen a lot of years. We take our tea breaks whenever we can find a quiet moment, usually just standing by the window watching the chaos outside. We don’t have a fancy website or a big board outside. We just stay here in Bunder West and keep the logistics moving as best as we can. It’s a tough part of town to work in, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about it anymore. There’s always another truck to track down and another set of papers to file before we close up for the night.
