Tracon Logistics

Our office is at 4 Kakad Udyog Bhavan on L J Road in Mahim. If you know the area, you know how busy that road gets with all the trucks and cars. Tracon Logistics is right in the middle of it. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to drivers. It’s a lot of coordination. The office isn't very big, mostly just some computers and a lot of maps on the walls. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. Logistics can be a real mess sometimes. There are delays, broken down trucks, and paperwork that gets lost. We spend a lot of our time trying to fix those problems before they get too big. We’re just a small team of people who know how to move things from one place to another. We’ve been doing this from Mahim for years. We know the routes and we know the people. It’s not a glamorous job. It’s dusty and loud and sometimes very stressful. But there’s a certain satisfaction when a delivery finally makes it to where it’s supposed to go. We don't use any high-tech systems that we can't explain. We just use common sense and a lot of phone calls. It’s a basic business for basic needs. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and try to get the loads moving. That is how we have always done things here.
