You can find Toyo Engineering India Ltd over in Kandivli East, right in the heart of the Lokhanswala Township. We are located in C-702 of the Balaji Enclave, which is on Plot No. 13. Being in a township like this means there is always something going on outside our windows. It’s a busy area, but once you get up to the seventh floor, things quiet down a bit so we can focus on our engineering tasks. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and it has become like a second home to many of us. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional hum of the printer. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy sales teams here; it is just us engineers and the support staff. We spend our time working through technical drawings and making sure all the specs are correct for our clients. The 400101 area of Mumbai is a good place to be based because it is well-connected, even if the traffic on the highway can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve decorated the office with a few plants that mostly survive, and there’s always a stash of biscuits in the cupboard. It’s a very practical workspace where the focus is strictly on the work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a posh office; we just want a space where we can do our engineering work properly and efficiently without any distractions.
