Toyo Engg India Ltd has an office in Dombivali West. We are over at Hari Om Co-operative Housing Society in Raju Nagar, specifically in building A/6. If you live in Dombivali, you know how the commute can be. A lot of us take the local train, and it’s always a struggle during the rush hour. The office itself is in a residential society, so it has a very homey feel to it. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, kids playing or someone’s TV in the background. It’s not a sterile office environment at all. We have our desks set up and we just get on with the engineering work. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction happening nearby, but we just wipe down the tables and keep going. We don’t have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually bring our lunch boxes from home and eat together. The tea stall at the corner of Raju Nagar is where we go if we need a break. It’s a simple life. We aren’t a huge team in this specific office, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just do the work that is assigned to us from the main branch and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes the neighbor's cat wanders in, and we just let it be. We aren't in a rush to become a massive corporation. We just like working here in the society and getting home early.
