At Tosha Authentic Biryani Center, we focus on making biryani the way it’s supposed to be done. Our shop is located at Shop No 13 in Bharat Nagar. You can find us on the Juhu Versova Link Road in Andheri West, right near the petrol pump at Four Bungalow. Mumbai is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with the pace by having the food ready for the people who stop by on their way home. We spend hours every morning getting the rice and meat just right, using the same methods we've used for a long time. It’s not a large place, just a small counter and a few spots to stand or sit, but we keep it busy. The smell of the spices usually lets people know where we are before they even see the sign. Sometimes the traffic on the link road makes it hard for people to park, but they usually find a way because they want their dinner. We don't use any fancy packaging or spend money on big ads. We just let the food speak for itself. It’s a lot of work standing over those big pots all day, especially when it’s humid out, but seeing someone enjoy their meal makes it worth the effort. We’re just local people serving the neighborhood the best we can.
