Our office is situated in Andheri East, specifically in Flat No 402/404 on the 4Th Floor. We are right in the Ra Andheri East Hal 2Nd Stage area, which is very near the Air Cargo Complex. Being this close to the airport is important for the kind of work we do. There’s always a lot of activity around here with cargo being moved. The office is simple. We have a few rooms joined together. It’s not a fancy corporate space with glass walls. It’s more of a place where people are actually working. We spend a lot of time checking on flight schedules and making sure shipments are moving. Since it’s global logistics, we are often dealing with different time zones. That means some of us are here at odd hours. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. The traffic in Andheri can be a real problem, so we try to do as much as we can over the phone and computer. We have been in this spot for a good while. We know how the air cargo systems work around here. It’s just regular, practical work for us. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the freight gets on the right plane and reaches its destination. It’s what keeps us busy every single day, year after year. We keep the files organized and the phones ringing.
