Tiranga Express Courier Cargo

Tiranga Express Courier Cargo operates out of Room No 1 at Bhagirathi Bai Phal in Andheri East. We are right on Film City Road, not far from Citi Mall. This area is always jammed with traffic, especially with all the big trucks and delivery vans moving around. Our room is basically a staging ground for boxes and parcels. There are crates stacked almost to the ceiling sometimes. It can be hard to move around when a big shipment comes in. We have a single desk where the logbooks stay, and there is usually a pen hanging from a string so it doesn't get lost. The noise from Film City Road is constant, with the sound of engines and people yelling. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. We are mostly focused on getting things weighed and labeled so they can get on their way. The walls have some old calendars and maps pinned to them. It gets quite hot in the room because the sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon. We usually have a pedestal fan blowing at full speed to keep things moving. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and shifting items all day long. People drop in with packages and we just get them sorted into the right piles. It’s just the daily grind of the cargo business here.
