Time Centre

Time Centre is located at Chembur East number 9, right where most people pass by on their daily commute. We have been working with clocks and watches for a long time now. Our shop is full of the sound of ticking, which you get used to after a while. We do a lot of small repairs, like changing batteries or fixing a broken strap. People bring in old watches that stopped working years ago, and we see if we can get them moving again. It is a quiet kind of work that requires a lot of patience and small tools. The shop isn't very modern looking, but it has everything we need to do the job right. Sometimes we have a few new watches for sale in the glass case, but most people come to us when something they already own is broken. We sit at the back bench with our magnifying glasses and just focus on the gears. It is a small space, so it can feel a bit tight if three or four people come in at once. Chembur East is a busy area, but inside here, things feel a bit slower. We don't do any flashy marketing. We just open up in the morning and wait for the next person who needs their watch fixed. It is a simple trade, and we have been doing it this way for many years now without much change in how we work.
