The Roa Hotel

We are located at 333 LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. The hotel is near Sarvodaya Hospital, which is where most people recognize the location from. Being on LBS Marg means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. That is just part of living and working in this part of Mumbai. We are also near the Phase 4 GIDC area in Vatva, so we see a lot of people coming in for work reasons. The hotel isn't hidden away; it's right there on the busy road. We have been here for some time now, and the building shows its age a little, but we keep it clean. It's a busy spot with people checking in and out at all hours. We don't have a big lobby or fancy fountains. It’s just a place to stay when you have things to do in Ghatkopar or the surrounding areas. The staff is used to the fast pace. Sometimes the street noise reaches the rooms, but most people don't mind it much. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the check-in is quick. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just a hotel on a main road where you can get some rest. We see people from all walks of life coming through our doors every day. It’s a busy, honest way to make a living.
