The Picasso

The New Link Road in Goregaon West is always packed with cars. We are right there, near the Bangur Nagar signal and opposite Bangur Nagar itself. It's a busy spot in Mumbai. The Picasso is located in Motilal Nagar No 2. We spend our time managing the daily tasks that come with running a place like this. It’s not always easy with the noise from the road, but we've gotten used to it. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in the city. We just want to do our work and keep the place going. The 400062 area is where we've set ourselves up. We don't have a team of people doing fancy marketing. It's just us, the staff, making sure everything is ready for the day. Sometimes the rains make things a bit messy, but that's just Mumbai for you. We keep the floor swept and the lights on. It’s a straightforward business. Most of the people who come in are locals who live nearby or work in Goregaon West. We like being part of the neighborhood. It’s an honest way to make a living and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We have been at this address for a bit and we like the area. People around here are mostly regulars.
