The Mobile Store

Our shop, The Mobile Store, is located at First Cross Basavanna Naga in Kandivali West. It’s a pretty standard setup for this neighborhood, with a glass front and a bunch of phone cases hanging on the walls. We get a lot of people coming in with phones that they dropped or that just stopped working for no reason. Most of the day is spent hunched over a desk with a magnifying glass and a tiny screwdriver. It’s quiet work, except for when the door opens and the noise from the street spills in. Kandivali is a busy place, and Basavanna Naga has its own flow of people going about their business. We keep a stock of chargers, screen guards, and all those little things that people always seem to lose. The shop is small, so we have to keep everything tucked away in drawers to make room for customers to stand. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to tell someone to come back the next day. It’s just the way it is when you’re dealing with electronics. We’ve been at this spot at 36892 for a while, and we’ve seen all the different phone trends come and go. It keeps us on our toes, even if it's just a small local shop.
