The Mirador Hotel

We are located at 131 New Link Road in Chakala, which is right in the middle of the Andheri East hustle. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always moving. There’s the metro overhead and a constant stream of cars and rickshaws on the road outside. The Mirador Hotel is a place where people come when they have business in the nearby offices or need to be close to the airport. The air is always a bit humid, and the noise from the street is just part of the background music here. We have a lot of glass on the front of the building, which gets pretty dirty from the construction and the traffic, so we are constantly out there with the squeegees. The people working here mostly commute from other parts of the city, so they understand the grind of the daily commute. The lobby is often full of people in suits talking about meetings. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of peace and quiet, but it’s where the action is. We keep the rooms tidy and the coffee hot. It’s a functional building in a very busy neighborhood, and we don't try to pretend it’s a resort. It’s just a solid place to stay when you’re navigating the madness of Mumbai. We see a lot of people coming in late and leaving early, which fits the pace of life around here.
